Lemon Blueberry Cake

This is a semi-naked cake made with tender and moist lemon sponge generously filled with alternating layers of homemade blueberry compote and velvety lemon curd, and a frosting made from fresh cream and cream or mascarpone cheese. For the finishing touches, we decorate the cake with caramelized lemon slices, fresh blueberries, piped cream, and flowers (not edible).
